ASCE+ SRLV is ExoCoBio's flagship human-derived skin rejuvenation product. The exosomes are isolated from human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) conditioned media using ExoCoBio's proprietary ExoSCRT™ tangential flow filtration process. Each vial contains 5 billion exosomes at 99% purity, with 96 miRNA types and over 200 identified proteins. The lyophilisation method is covered by Korean patent KR 10-2261434.
The solvent (5 ml) is a purpose-formulated multi-active reconstitution solution. It contains sodium hyaluronate, 5 growth factors, 6 peptides, 6 minerals, 19 amino acids, 4 coenzymes, glutathione, retinol, and vitamins. Reconstituted solution must be used within 48 hours.
The product holds ISO 22716 / GMP certification. Donor screening follows Korean MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) protocols. Storage is 2°C–8°C with a 24-month shelf life in lyophilised form.

Park et al. 2023 (Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology) is a 12-week randomised controlled trial with a split-face design, n=28. It is the strongest published clinical evidence for any product in this range. Results are from an independent peer-reviewed study, distinct from ExoCoBio's in-vitro and marketing data.

ASCE+ SRLV sits within the human-derived exosome segment of the Korean professional skin booster category. Its position alongside the published Park et al. RCT gives practitioners the most evidence-referenced option in the range. It runs as a standalone post-microneedling topical, a standalone injectable mesotherapy session, or as part of a combination energy-based device protocol.
ASCE+ SRLV uses a reconstitution system: 20 mg lyophilised exosome powder + 5 ml multi-active solvent. The exosomes and solvent actives are combined immediately before use.
