ASCE+ HRLV Hair is the second product in ExoCoBio's professional ASCE+ range, launched in April 2022. The first — ASCE+ SRLV — targets skin rejuvenation. HRLV targets the scalp and hair. Both use ExoCoBio's ExoSCRT™ isolation technology. HRLV is the hair-targeted iteration: higher exosome count per vial (10 billion vs. 5 billion in SRLV), a scalp-specific activator, and a formulation profile oriented toward the follicular environment and scalp health.
The lyophilised powder contains 598 miRNA types and 1,008 proteins and growth factors — significantly broader than SRLV's 96 miRNA types and 200+ proteins. The inclusion of 4 coenzymes (NAD+, FAD, thiamine diphosphate, Coenzyme A) and 9 recombinant growth factor polypeptides in the powder itself distinguishes the HRLV formulation from the skin range products. Biotin 0.05% is included directly in the lyophilised powder.
A distinctive protocol option: the reconstituted HRLV powder can be dissolved in PRP (platelet-rich plasma) rather than the standard activator, allowing the growth factors in platelets to further augment the exosome effect. This PRP combination workflow is unique to HRLV in the ASCE+ range.

Rosa Damascena Callus Extracellular Vesicles — 10 Billion per Vial
The exosome source is Rosa Damascena (Damask rose) callus cultures, isolated using ExoCoBio's ExoSCRT™ proprietary tangential flow filtration process. HRLV contains 10 billion exosomes per vial — twice the concentration of ASCE+ SRLV (5 billion). ExoCoBio holds a US patent for this RSCE™ technology, with INCI registration at PCPC 2020.
598 miRNA Types + 1,008 Proteins and Growth Factors
The lyophilised powder contains 598 miRNA types with anti-inflammatory activity and 1,008 types of proteins and growth factors supporting the hair growth cycle. This is the broadest molecular profile of any product in the ASCE+ range — SRLV carries 96 miRNA types and 200+ proteins.
4 Coenzymes in the Lyophilised Powder
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), FAD (Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide), Thiamine Diphosphate, and Coenzyme A are included directly in the lyophilised powder. These coenzymes support cellular energy metabolism and are included as part of the hair growth cycle support formulation.
9 Recombinant Growth Factor Polypeptides

Reconstituted solution administered intradermally into the scalp using standard mesotherapy technique. 30G or 32G needle, intradermal depth. Apply across the treatment zone. The exosomes, growth factors, and coenzymes deliver directly into the scalp dermis adjacent to hair follicles.
